Alan Martz is the creative pseudonym and personal brand under which I develop and present my work. I am Alan, a multidisciplinary designer and visual creative from Mexico. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Art from Tecnológico de Monterrey (2014) and a Master's Degree in Information Design from Universidad de las Américas Puebla (2017).
Art and design have always been at the core of my professional and personal interests. I am particularly inspired by contemporary forms of creative expression and by the evolving relationship between creativity and technology. The intersection of these two worlds continues to shape my perspective and fuels the work I create.
For me, digital art and design are complementary disciplines. When combined thoughtfully, they have the power to create experiences that are both visually compelling and strategically meaningful. This integration lies at the heart of Alan Martz as a creative brand, where every project is built upon strong visual concepts, intentional aesthetics and a consistent creative vision.
Creating is fun. As an artist, I have exhibited personal work that reflects my own interpretation of contemporary themes and experiences. These projects often combine artistic exploration with design-driven methodologies, resulting in visual narratives that balance concept and communication. As a designer, much of my experience has focused on editorial, visual communication and brand-related projects. My approach emphasizes functionality, clarity, and visual impact. I see creativity as the starting point of every successful project, while execution is what transforms an idea into meaningful results. Neither can exist without the other.
My vision is grounded in the belief that positive change can begin from wherever we stand. This principle guides both my professional and personal practice: developing design solutions that address communication challenges in innovative ways, and creating artistic work that encourages reflection, awareness and dialogue.
Ultimately, my work is driven by a sense of responsability of someone who wants this reality to be the best place where we can exist.
